About Us
Marc B. Noren joined Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler in 1996 as an associate with his area of practice focusing in family law and general civil litigation.
Mr. Noren is a past Chair of the Family & Juvenile Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. He ascended to the chair’s position after serving two appointed terms and directed its legislative efforts for many years. He is also a past co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Bar Association of Baltimore City.
Mr. Noren was selected as one of Baltimore's Top Lawyers of the Next Generation, in the April 2003 issue of Baltimore Magazine. He was one of twenty lawyers chosen and the only family law lawyer to be honored.
Mr. Noren was a longtime department head in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, and served as that court's first Civil Case Coordinator. He was a coauthor of the first case management plan for family law cases and was on the implementation committee for differentiated case management for both civil and family law cases. He served as a consultant to several statewide committees that studied the feasibility of creating a Family Court in Maryland, and has served on several committees that studied and reported on ways to increase access to Maryland courts for low income persons and families.
Mr. Noren is the firm's Hiring Member and Pro Bono Coordinator.
Mr. Noren also serves as a Standing Auditor for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
